CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time.

5:30am (Reservations/Sign-In Required), 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Wednesday

Open Gym 5:30pm - 8:00pm

Saturday

Open Gym 9:00am-12:00

Cost : $67 a month

Our Ladies CrossFit Lite classes are for females that want an intense effective workout but do not wish to lift heavier weights.  Each workout will be an intense session that will give you fast results to meet your goals. These workouts include using equipment like medicine balls, kettle bells, jump ropes, boxes and many more.

Cost : $40 a month

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed forkids and teenagers and helps them develop a life long love of fitness. In a group setting, kids participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded athletes.

Our experienced trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight, gaining muscle, and balancing a healthy lifestyle can be challenging, our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your current physical condition, mobility limitations, and nutritional habits, to help create your fitness path.

ABOUT US

What started off as a simple household project, evolved into something much bigger. Barnyard CrossFit started in an old horse barn with only a handful of people. As we slowly started to grow, we added more equipment and more space. Eventually, the old horse barn was too small to hold all of the people who were dedicated to CrossFit. We finally took the big leap and started our own box!

Now we have a new facility with over 3,200 square feet of workout space.

We are excited to see where this takes us and hope that you will join us on this journey.
